24 x 1 3/8 super grip vinyl pushrim cover, pair these are vinyl push rim covers with super grip and will fit on 24" (540) wheels. Made of a black vinyl that is thicker than the vinyl coating that comes with the standard push rims. These just slip on from an opening in the rear and stay in place so there is no tool that is needed.
