The AC035 WHEELCHAIR LABELING SYSTEM features a pack of 10 Brackets and 50 labels to help identify a wheelchair. See photos for more info on the available fields to write on. These are mounted on a chair by using the existing screws and either removing the upholstery and placing underneath or over.
